Hi healingOne is a healing and meditative place where you are sure to feel relaxed and refreshed after a visit.
They utilize the beautiful nature that surrounds them in Yeongwol’s natural forest garden.
They aim to help those who may be struggling with behavioral addictions, such as gambling or the overuse of technology and social media,
and teach them how to prevent future problems through various forest experiences.
Here, we will partake in wellness activities, including a wood-burning art class. Wood burning art, also known as pyrography,
can help exercise your creativity and release endorphins in your brain.

so you shouldn't miss this opportunity to try it!
Thistle rice is a seasoned vegetable pot rice where you can feel the deep flavor of herbs
(in this case, a leafy mountain vegetable called 'gondre'). 
Additionally, Yeongwol has an abundance of buckwheat, which is a great option for those who are gluten-free and vegetarian,
and they can be prepared in many different types of ways.

This is Korea's first herb-themed place, and there are cute props and pretty flowers in the greenhouse.
At Herbnara, you will experience all aspects of herbs- from the garden right into your home.
Their great selection of original herbal tea blends, cuisine, and potpourri are all made of homemade, farm-grown herbs.
There are 10 themed gardens that change by months and the season.
The gardens are covered with over a hundred different kinds of herbs and flowers.
Winter is even more special as you can enjoy the cold winter of Gangwon province and spring flowers and greens at our year-round
greenhouse.
Visit "Aroma Fountain", their herb museum, where you can learn about the history of herbs around the world.
